President's Message
The Karnataka Veerashaiva Vidyabhivrudhi Samsthe (K.V.V.S.) is one of the charitable institutes registered under the Mysore Societies Registration Act lll of 1904 vide No.11 of 1909-10 dated 30.6.1909, later it is renewed under Karnataka Societies Act 1960. At present there are 3694 members who are from different parts of Karnataka. The unique function of K.V.V.S. is to provide free hostel facilities to the poor students to continue their higher studies at Bangalore.
Being a charitable institution K.V.V.S. is also awarding merit scholarships who have secured 90% marks in S.S.L.C and PUC, annually and loan scholarships to the students who need financial assistance for their studies, Repayable after completion of their studies.
The establishment of M.Basavaiah Institute of Management Studies and M.Basavaiah Evening College of Arts and Commerce by K.V.V.S. is the beginning to provide higher education to the students at affordable cost. K. V. V. S. has specialty hospital and a vrudhashrama to serve the poor and needy persons of our society.
With these aims and objectives K.V.V.S. welcomes all the students for a bright future through our college.
